By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Simple Portfolio is a local portfolio allocation and rebalancing calculator.

The App:

• Operates entirely on your device
• Does not provide real-time financial data
• Does not connect to brokerage accounts
• Does not execute trades
• Does not store user data on Company servers

All calculations are based solely on user-entered data.

3. No Investment Advice

The App is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. The Company:

• Is not a registered investment adviser
• Is not a broker-dealer
• Does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice
• Does not recommend securities

All outputs are mathematical calculations based on user inputs.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

4. No Fiduciary or Advisory Relationship

Use of the App does not create:

• A fiduciary relationship
• An advisory relationship
• A client relationship

No professional services are provided.

5. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for data you enter
• Calculations may contain errors
• Financial markets involve risk
• Past performance does not guarantee future results

You assume full responsibility for any financial decisions made using the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

7. Limitation of Liability

The App displays advertisements via Kakao AdFit.

The Company:

Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of the App are owned by Pride & Heritage LC.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer

• Redistribute
• Modify

The Company may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
